主要研究蛋白质修饰、降解与肿瘤生物学、中医抗肿瘤机理与情志失调致病机理及中医干预策略,迄今在J Natl Cancer Inst(JNCI)、J Clin Invest(JCI)、Autophagy、Cancer Res、Clin Cancer Res、Cell Death Differ、Mol Cell Proteomics、Cell Death Disease、J Biol Chem等期刊发表SCI文章40余篇、获邀参编英文专著4部。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重大科学研究计划、国家重点研发计划项目、上海市卫生局A类重点、上海市“浦江人才”资助计划、上海高校特聘教授(东方学者)和上海市“曙光人才”资助计划等科研项目共12项。
